Abilities
-Power of Scorpio: Wily's body can functionally exist as both a human and a scorpion. He can transform his body to change his structure, turning one of his arms into a scorpion claw. He also possesses a spiked tail with a red tip that he knows how to use in offensive situations and can also regenerate extremely quickly.
-Power of Metal: Wily can turn his skin into a super tough metallic material, far stronger than any real life metal. It has high resistance to pressure, cutting, blunt impacts and high temperatures, allowing him to survive in rather harsh environments as well as making his attacks hit harder.
-Power of Gills: Wily can form gills on his neck, allowing him to filter water and breathe while submerged. On top of that, he is an incredibly good swimmer, and is capable of fighting while underwater.
-Power of Speed: Wily is incredibly fast, able to sprint fast enough to travel across the planet in seconds. Because of this, his full speed has never been successfully measured.
-Power of Sense: Wily has an innate sense that allows him to detect the movements of anything within a six yard radius.
-Power of Jump: Wily possesses the remarkable ability to jump good, being able to leap 300 feet into the air, and has no problem landing back on his feet from such a height.
-Power of Uhzned: Wily possesses the power of the Uhzned, ocean beasts who have a massive appetite and are able to eat anything. Because of this, Wily possesses melting hot teeth and the ability to eat entire people in a couple bites. His blood is purple and acidic, able to dissolve anything it touches while his flesh can heal extremely quickly depending on how much energy he is consuming. He can also enlarge parts of his body, increasing his durability and the force of his attacks. Wily possesses an indestructible stomach which can withstand anything, as it is said that even Gods cannot escape the bellies of the Uhzned. He can even eat any form of energy and project it back out at the attacker, and can absorb energy from any part of his body, not just through his mouth.
-Power of Ultimate: Wily's ultimate form, and his final power. It unlocks the latent potential of one's soul, allowing him to bring out the power of his wild spirit. His skin becomes orange as his hair becomes spiked and his tail doubles into two tails that are twelve feet long while his body protrudes spikes from his shoulders, elbows and knees. Being a fully free spirit, Wily is no longer constrained by gravity and can fly in the sky as well as into outer space. His skin burns as hot as the sun, making even being near him a difficult task - in fact, his presence while in this state threatens the planet itself. He can manifest small stars from his mouth to shoot at his target, burning the same as an ordinarily sized star would.
Weaknesses
Wily can be pretty immature, not tending to take fights all that seriously. He also really, really likes food, which can get in the way of his priorities if he were to be distracted. While Wily can absorb and redirect energy attacks, he cannot actually manifest energy himself until he uses Power of Ultimate.
Biography
Wily’s origins and parents are completely unknown, he was known as an orphan thief to his small island village where he grew up. Due to his animalistic and energetic characteristics, he gained the moniker of the Wild Boy by everyone who knew him. He continued this lifestyle until he learned of the seven Denzhu wizards, powerful sorcerers that would grant the adventurer who found them mystical powers. And so, Wily began his adventure and trekked through many hazards, crossed the oceans, faced many monsters and horrors until he made it to the mountain the wizards were stationed - missing multiple limbs, his lungs, his frontal lobe, and having broken every single bone in his body. Despite his obviously fatal injuries, Wily's spirit was strong enough to carry him to the end, and so each of the seven wizards rescued Wily and bestowed him with a distinct power.
Now with powers, Wily vowed to help those who needed it while he began his own journey in hopes of one day becoming a space adventurer and a great hero. When he learned about the Ultimate World Fighting Tournament, he was resolved to join it and win in hopes of reaching new horizons and fighting for the freedom he craved as the Wild Boy.
